Stakeholder Engagement
"strong experience delivering comprehensive stakeholder engagement programmes"
Stakeholder engagement is fundamental to ensuring the success of any project. EMU Limited believes in a strategy of continued targeted stakeholder consultation throughout the duration of all projects to project a reasoned and accurate impression of the development and identify and allay the concerns of existing users. EMU can utilise a variety of stakeholder engagement techniques including organised workshops giving individuals a platform to discuss their concerns, face to face meetings and internet campaigns to disseminate information as well as the more traditional methods. Formally engaging with stakeholders at strategic stages throughout the process as well as encouraging the submission of questions and comments throughout the whole process will act to connect stakeholders to the project and allow any issues to be addressed as they are raised.
EMU is able to offer the following services:
- Comprehensive stakeholder engagement programmes from targeted focus groups through to regional events;
- Development of communications strategies facilitating continued stakeholder dialogue throughout and beyond project timeframes;
- Stakeholder negotiation, reputation management and grievance management;
- Development of print and digital communications to engage and retain stakeholders; and
- Strategic stakeholder partnerships to achieve positive social change.
EMU has strong experience delivering comprehensive stakeholder engagement programmes that actively develop and sustain relationships with stakeholders throughout and beyond project timeframes.
