Quality Policy Statement

Emu’s Quality Policy is to:

We intend to achieve this by:

  • ensuring total customer satisfaction and meeting client requirements in terms of program, cost, performance and quality.  We seek a mutual advantage in all client relations, close project management and good client liaison.
  • providing services to the highest standards of quality achievable commensurate with contractual requirements. To achieve this, work commitments are supported by our Quality Management System which will, at a minimum, satisfy requirements of BS EN ISO 9001:2000.
  • aiming to ensure that performance is as cost-effective and efficient as possible to the benefit of our customers and the company.  To support this we aim to increase profitability, employ and invest in the development of professional people, work with approved associates and suppliers and operate in accordance with appropriate professional standards.
  • a long term vision to improve our standing in the industry and maintain profitable growth by responding to new markets and developing new business areas.
