EMU Limited is a marine consultancy, survey and laboratory testing specialist. We provide worldwide services in support of infrastructure planning, consenting and development, environmental protection and resource and facilities management.
We supply our services to support marine aggregates, power & renewables, oil & gas, water utilities, ports & harbours, coastal engineers, facilities management and leisure sectors.
EMU provides a unique capability, combining a wealth of in-house scientific specialists in both consultancy and survey services, we can deliver turnkey solutions to a wide range of projects. Our services are underpinned by well established health & safety and quality systems, including accreditation to BS EN ISO 9001:2008 and UKAS accreditation for laboratory testing and sampling services.
Offices
Our head office is based near Southampton and with the survey division and laboratories located at Victory House in Trafalgar wharf near Portsmouth. EMU, also, has offices across the UK including North Wales, Aberdeen and Edinburgh. EMU has completed projects in over 40 countries worldwide with particular overseas presence in the Middle East and Northern Africa.

EMU employs over 100 enthusiastic and talented staff representing leading experts in the industry. With 6 survey vessels and an extensive range of in-house high specification surveying equipment and in house laboratories, EMU is capable of providing a comprehensive survey and consultancy package.
